Proofing Policy
All marketing orders are tracked through an internal ticketing system to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Once an order is entered by the marketing staff, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the order. It is your responsibility to approve, or disapprove the proof with desired changes in writing within 30 days. If marketing does not receive a reply within this time, the project will be considered completed, and billed accordingly.

- Presentation Books | 5-7 business days
- Business Cards (Templated) | 2-3 business days

Fees
- Templated/Personalized: $20 setup fee, per page
- Custom: $60 setup fee, per page. Any marketing material can be customized.
- Shipping: All print items will incur a shipping fee. Cost is dependent on weight and speed.

Setup Rush: $60 fee is applied when initial proof is required prior to standard turnaround.
- Flipbook: $25 unless printed copies are ordered, in which case it’s free.
- Video: $90/hr, minimum 1hr
- Cancellation: Design and print fees will be charged on all projects, even when cancelled
